A study of 5 houses generated through strict geometric use of a single square, triangle, and circle in plan.
The basic geometries are extruded into 5 volumetric types of the tower, wall, dice, bar and plate. Each house presents opportunities along a spectrum of fully internalized to fully externalized domesticity within a given landscape.
House 1 is indifferent to its exterior. House 2 formally follows its landscape. House 3 allows a visitor to pass outside. House 4 requires the visitor to pass outside to get from room to room. House 5 invites a visitor to live almost entirely outdoors.
